Impact

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will lead in developing successful, short and long-term digital marketing strategies for public facing NVPC programs to grow a culture of giving in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. websites, EDM and social media) to ensure brand, image and messaging consistency
  • Develop digital marketing strategies to generate new leads and expand clientele base
  • Develop thematic and tactical online digital marketing campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customers’ engagement and measure the campaign’s effectiveness
  • Responsible for the overall digital marketing budget as well as meeting overall organization marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the various teams on the implementation and execution of digital marketing activities, to increase customers’ satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Keep abreast of digital technology developments, market developments and monitor the competitive landscape
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or Business
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, digital content editorial, social media management roles with a major brand or digital agency
  • A digital native in the areas of search, social media content marketing and programmatic advertising.
  • Evident experience in designing, implementing and measuring successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven success in lead generation preferably in both B2C and B2B businesses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with influencing and negotiation capabilities
  • Confident, proactive and dynamic leader who is committed to delivering outstanding performance
