Personal Assistant (Maternity Cover Contract)

CEO Office Full-time - Contract


The incumbent will be responsible for calendar management, administrative and logistics support to the CEO and Deputy CEO.


  • Provide administrative and coordination support to CEO and Deputy CEO.
  • Maintain the calendar for CEO and Deputy CEO. Assist in scheduling and prioritising meetings and appointments.
  • Manage logistics for various meetings, projects and special events.
  • Screen incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate parties promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Maintain contact lists and databases for Management.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate with other colleagues to handle special assignments.


  • Diploma
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Able to multi-task and to prioritise effectively
  • Highly meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • MS Office proficient
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Able to maintain discretion with confidential information
