As the organization transforms itself for the next 5 years, NVPC needs an OD specialist to help power this transformation and ensure continuous organisational improvement.

The incumbent will partner and coach the Leadership Team (LT) and Change Management Team (CMT) to develop and implement change programmes that strengthen relationships within the organisation and align employees with key strategies and initiatives. The objective of this role is to enable the organisation to build up its internal OD function and capabilities so as to improve organisational effectiveness and culture.


  • Provide thought leadership on OD issues and partner Leadership Team and Change Management Team in developing, implementing and co-facilitating OD interventions
  • Cultivate and embed a high performance, team-oriented and people-centric OneNVPC culture
  • Advice the development, implementation and improvement of the processes, structures, capabilities and capacity needed to build up the internal OD function so as to deliver the 5-year strategic plan and targets
  • Work with Change Management Team to develop processes and plans to ensure leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and ongoing support for the internal OD function
  • Collect and analyse data to provide fact-based recommendations and measure progress on the impact of the OD interventions to ensure effectiveness
  • Work with Change Management Team to develop and implement leadership strategy and succession plans


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Organisation Development or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in OD
  • Proven track record in leading and implementing progressive OD practices
  • Good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience as an OD consultant with a consulting firm will be advantageous
  • Good knowledge of OD best practices, tools and competencies framework
  • Strong analytical skills, hands-on and detailed oriented
  • Strong influencing, relationship building interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to do the job
  • Team player
