Nonprofit Partnership Associate

Strategic Partnership Full-time - Permanent


NVPC leads and catalyses transformations in volunteerism and philanthropy to build compassionate and engaged communities. You will be part of a people-centric and dynamic team, involved in working with different nonprofit stakeholders to strengthen giving communities in Singapore.


  • Engage and build links with various organisations and interest groups from across the sectors, to build and develop communities that contribute to the growth of volunteerism and philanthropy.
  • Plan, coordinate and organise meetings and events relevant to community development.
  • Identify assets, issues and needs among the public, private and nonprofit sector organisations.
  • Develop programmes together with stakeholders, to create self-sustaining giving ecosystems, e.g. skills-based volunteering ecosystem where volunteers give their skills and time to nonprofits to help them better serve their beneficiaries.
  • Facilitate discussions and activities among participants and gather feedback from them to further improve the programmes and operations.
  • Analyse and review the processes and systems for the formation of giving communities, and prepare reports.
  • Manage and report on programme budgets.
  • Support cross-team work from time to time, where required, e.g. assist the organising team of President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards, and be a proactive organisational citizen in NVPC for staff welfare activities.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science / Business / Marketing
  • Experience in programme or project development and management
