Corporate Giving Full-time - Permanent


As part of the drive to attain NVPC’s vision of a City of Good, the Company of Good was established in 2016 to help companies give better. Companies engage in Company of Good to understand their giving profile, build their knowledge, capability and network, and partner with other like-minded businesses to do good.

The Company of Good team is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven individual who has the right purpose and aptitude to create impact to serve community and societal needs at a national level. This person should share the belief that corporates can be a powerful source of support to build greater social resilience for Singapore.

With the development of the Company of Good, work is to be undertaken to design and enhance programmes for driving more strategic, sustainable and impactful corporate giving. This role will lead programmes and initiatives that recognise and encourage companies to multiply their impact and lead stakeholders in giving back.


Programme – Champions of Good

  • Review the existing Champions of Good programme and drive recommendations to address opportunities and gaps to multiply and lead corporate giving in Singapore
  • Establish and update the strategy and workplan for Champions of Good
  • Lead the design and development of the Champions of Good programme to ensure synergy and alignment with various stakeholders’ needs and interests
  • Serve as the key secretariat staff for the Champions of Good
  • Acquire and engage with potential and existing stakeholders to contribute to the Company of Good community and activating more strategic, sustainable and impactful giving
  • Promote the narrative of multiplying and leading corporate giving, collaboration for good
  • Ensure that the programme is managed for effectiveness and efficiency

Community Building

  • Facilitate potential collaboration and partnership to boost Company of Good community building efforts
  • Create synergies between Champions of Good with Community Building and other Company of Good initiatives
  • Cultivate opportunities for Champions of Good companies to multiply and lead giving

Marketing and Communications

  • Serve as key liaison between Company of Good team and Marketing and Advocacy team to ensure that marketing campaigns and initiatives are aligned and Company of Good business requirements are met
  • Liaise with other mission teams on potential engagement relating to recognition and/or partnership work


  • University degree preferably in Business Administration or Management, Marketing Technology, Political Science, Social Work.
  • Minimum 6 years of working/relevant experience.
  • Experience in development and implementation of programmes
  • Experience in engaging stakeholders for partnerships and collaboration
  • Experience in implementing recognition platforms or collaborative programmes
  • Possess events planning and management skills
  • Knowledge of the corporate operational environment and/or the not- for-profit sector.
  • Ability to innovate and create new ideas for corporate engagement
  • Project management experience and skills.
  • Strong project administration ability and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal / relationship building skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and develop strong strategic partnerships.

  • Positive attitude towards learning.
  • Hands-on and detailed.
  • Gregarious and team-oriented.
  • Ability to think strategically.
