Impact

As we continue to grow Giving Week as a movement, we will require support in terms of onboarding and engaging Corporates and NPOs to be involved in the various initiatives like The Good Life, The Good Hub, and helping in collation of activities by our various stakeholders. This role will manage the co-ordination between NVPC and corporates, NPOs and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage co-ordination between NVPC and corporates, NPOs and partners who may be involved in various initiatives from The Good Life, The Giving Week Hubs, The Giving Week Challenge and even C&C workshops for NPOs
  • Administrative matters like the collation and curation of onboarding forms by corporates and NPOs, follow-up with toolkits and resources requested by stakeholders
  • Management of contacts and porting them from the existing master lists to Salesforce
  • Support Hubs with Event on-ground and connecting them with NPOs in our database if necessary
  • Ensure NPOs obtain the required Fundraising Licences
  • Work with The Good Life and The Good Hubs partners to confirm promotions and packages
  • Manage registration, communications feedback for GW activities
  • Scope and manage any potential Giving.sg sourced volunteers
  • Source and procure for any required logistic support
  • Support Hubs with NPO/COG member coordination during the event
  • Coordinate with NVPC Marketing team to create content
  • Facilitate sign-ups for Company of Good (COG) by corporates involved Giving Week

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing/related
  • At least 2 years experience in stakeholder management and events management
  • Familiar with production of digital and offline collaterals, including mailers.
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
