Impact

The Deputy Director, Integrated Marketing is responsible for managing the marketing communications strategy and programs for public facing NVPC programs such as Company of Good and Giving.sg. The person will manage all marketing campaign activities, working alongside program, communications and engagement teams to develop integrated marketing assets and programs to drive demand and grow the brands. This role also seeks to identify opportunities for cross marketing and advise on the best integrated approach. Collaboration with the digital marketing unit is pivotal to integrate communications to improve the digital customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all Marketing Communications programs to include campaigns, product launch and promotion, trade shows and events (for Company of Good and Giving.sg)
  • Build relationships and communicate regularly with stakeholders to develop effective and cohesive strategic marketing campaigns to achieve program objectives
  • Serve as the authority on marketing programs and provide guidance to the organization and business units regarding communications and brand transition execution
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of campaign ROIs
  • Collaborate across the organization as required for offline/online activation
  • Work with agency marketing and digital teams to ensure alignment and inclusion of key programs and strategies
  • Ensure consistent compliance to NVPC branding guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing (B2B and B2C), preferably from ad agency background.
  • Strong experience in managing campaigns from start to end (including strategic planning / buying, measurement)
  • Working knowledge of current and emerging digital marketing trends and technologies (including search, social, programmatic)
  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content
