Ms. Theresa Goh
Theresa contributes over 20 years experience in the Technology, Executive Search and Leadership development business in Asia. Theresa’s career began in 1985 with IBM Singapore where she managed global client accounts in the petrochemical sectors such as Shell and British Petroleum. The management of these clients has taken her all over the world for business planning and client meetings.
After ten years with IBM, Theresa established a boutique executive search firm specializing in the High-Tech industries and operated under the global brand of International Technology Partners (ITP World-Wide), Houston. For the next ten years, she was an equity partner and from 1998 to 2001, she was the Co-Chairman.
In 2008, she was selected by Business Week as one of ‘The World’s Most Influential Headhunters’.
Through ThreeSixty Partnership, Theresa provides boutique services in the areas of leadership assessments, leadership competency frameworks and assessment centers for talent acquisition, development and succession planning. She also advises client decision makers on improving employee engagement and coaching effectiveness.
Theresa holds a Masters in Science (Organisational Psychology) from City University of New York and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. She is a Certified Behavioral Analyst with Target Training Institute USA, and in Occupational Testing and Personality with Saville & Holdsworth (SHL), fully endorsed by British Psychological Society.
She is currently the President of Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL). She serves on the Boards of Agency for Integrated Care (Ministry of Health), National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) and SATA CommHealth.
She is married with two children.
