The team’s role looks to build a community of givers and ignite a giving movement through corporates. We inspire and activate companies to give strategically, sustainably and impactfully, benefiting both businesses and the community. Companies can tap on opportunities to acquire knowledge, build capabilities, network and collaborate through our various programmes and initiatives.

Our key desired outcomes are to build strategic long-term partnerships with impactful stakeholders with the ability to influence and multiply - to create a self-sustaining community of like-minded givers.

Project

The Company of Good website (www.companyofgood.sg) will be undergoing a third enhancement phase. An UX and website development agency will be engaged for this enhancement with a focus on designing users journey through research and usability testing. Through understanding our users, solutions will be designed and implemented on the website to guide/ solve users’ problems and enable to portal to become the go-to channel for corporate giving (CSR) practitioners to learn, stay informed and be part of a thriving corporate giving community.

Learning opportunity

He/she would also be able to be gain experience in the following areas:

Responsibilities

  • Managing digital assets and web administration
  • Troubleshoot COG website and technical issues
  • Generate reports for monthly reporting
  • Documentation of website requirements
  • Coordinate meetings and information required by the agency
  • Perform UAT testing during website development phase
  • Work on data analytics and visualisation
  • Support database (user) management - update and cleanup user data
  • Other CG related events support – Fellowship commencement etc.

Requirements

  • Interest in user research, website design, development and/or administration
