The Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL) aims to help the non-profit sector create a leadership pipeline and build effective boards. They provide an effective framework that takes a holistic view of supporting Board Members, and Executive Directors of NPOs in the area of talent management and its alignment to organisational mission.
- Winifred Loh
Winifred has the distinction of having worked in leadership roles across 6 industries and 20 countries, at the local, regional and global levels. Her experience encompasses both multi-national corporations and non-government organisations. A Master’s degree holder in Arts in Education and Human Development, her expertise lies in Organisation Development, Strategic Planning and Talent Management. In her spare time, Winifred actively volunteers with the United Nations Institute of Training and Research (UNITAR) as a mentor and facilitator, with Caritas as an Organisation Development partner, and in a leadership role at Singapore Council of Women's Organisations (SCWO). Winifred is also a keen admirer of the performing arts, including theatre, musicals and films.
- Meng Fong
Programme Lead, Leadership Development
Meng spent of 18 years in regional roles in Multinational Companies successfully delivering projects and programs in Marketing Strategies, Communications, Sales Operations, Business and Partner Development and complex business solutions. A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Meng volunteers as an IT consultant at AWARE (Association of Women for Action and Research), and has served at Food From The Heart for 2 years. Meng is also a yoga practitioner and enjoys playing pool in her spare time.
- Edvan Loh
Deputy Director, Organisation Development
Edvan spent 15 years on the sunny island of Ubin, developing executives in leadership with Singapore’s national centre for adventure education. Armed with degrees in Philosophy, Education and Human Development, and a passion for organisation development, Edvan has been a corporate leadership consultant before being inspired to join the non-profit sector in the Philippines. An avid mountain climber and a member of the 501st Legion Singapore Garrison, Edvan makes fund raising appearances for charities, spreading joy to children and patients in homes and hospitals.

Ian started his career path of change in the Healthcare sector. Armed with Lean and Design Thinking, he is a Kaizen Ninja educated in the Art of Psychology at NUS. With a heart looking to live, to love, and to serve, he is thrilled to inspire change in our shared social landscape. Ian continues his volunteering journey, and dreams of co-creating happiness in the lives of others. He meditates and is an undercover yogi.
