NVPC has recently launched a new volunteering initiative called Singapore Cares
(SG Cares), which will enable caring but busy people in Singapore to volunteer as
and when they can. In collaboration with our partners, SG Cares will structure episodic
volunteer projects and post them onto a real time online portal for individuals
to sign up for flexible and meaningful volunteer opportunities that do not require
ongoing commitment to a fixed schedule.

The SG Cares portal will be a vibrant online marketplace that facilitates information
flow of volunteering opportunities and allows volunteers to find and sign up for
the projects that best suit their time, interest, skill and location. The SG Cares
portal will also host testimonials from volunteers, write-ups and photos of volunteer
activities.
